We are seeking a Marketing Analyst (CRO Specialist) to become a part of our team.

Job Description

• Conversion optimization;
• Optimisation A/B testing;
• Landing pages and registration forms analysis and optimization;
• Task setting and collaboration with the creative department and UI/UX department;
• Website flow analysis and ideas for optimization;
• Collaboration and communication with the dev team, and project management.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRO, digital marketing, UX/UI, or analytics roles;
• Data Analysis & Tracking – Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar tools;
• A/B Testing & Experimentation – Experience with Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms;
• Conversion Funnel Optimization – Understanding of how users move through the site and where they drop off;
• Project Management – Ability to handle multiple experiments and deadlines.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• SEO & Web Analytics – Understanding of search behavior and website traffic patterns;
• User Experience (UX) & UI Design – Ability to analyze user journeys and suggest improvements;
• Landing Page & Content Optimization – Ability to tweak copy, design, and CTAs to improve conversions.
