Project Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, initiate, execute, and finalize projects in accordance with strict deadlines and within budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.

• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as needed to achieve targets.

• Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and motivation to ensure high performance and accountability.

• Proactively manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans to maintain project integrity.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field; PMP certification preferred

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets and teams

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

• Resilient and solution-focused mindset under pressure

• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
