A growing SaaS company in the B2B space is seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to join its engineering team. This position offers the chance to work on impactful projects, shaping scalable and high-quality solutions while contributing to the evolution of both product and infrastructure.

The role combines technical ownership with close collaboration across development, product, and design teams, in a supportive and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django
• Improve system architecture to handle increasing scale, complexity, and feature growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to deployment
• Contribute technical expertise and influence decisions around backend architecture and development practices
• Support and promote a collaborative, creative, and high-performing engineering culture

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience developing backend systems with Python
• Advanced experience with the Django framework and building maintainable applications
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient delivery
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles that promote quality and maintainability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team
• Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results
• Team-oriented mindset with openness, empathy, and a cooperative approach
• Fluency in English, comfortable participating in technical discussions
