AI Engineer – Fintech | Cologne | €80K–€100K 💼🧠

We’re partnered with a forward-thinking fintech company using AI to bring structure, intelligence, and automation to complex business systems. As they scale, they’re looking for a driven AI Engineer to deliver cutting-edge systems that enable clients to turn information into action.

This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of semantic modelling, generative AI, and structured data workflows and is ready to apply that expertise to meaningful real-world challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain structured knowledge frameworks that help organise and connect complex information
• Use modern LLM tooling to automate data extraction, linking, and transformation from unstructured sources
• Build intelligent workflows using retrieval-based architectures (e.g. LangChain, RAG, embeddings)

What They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, data modelling, or structured information systems
• Experience working with LLMs and prompt-driven workflows
• Proven ability to build logical data structures that capture relationships, patterns, and meaning
• Fluent in English and German
