About The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you'll lead complex, cross-functional design projects from concept to delivery, mentor other designers, and shape our design strategy. You’ll partner with product managers, developers, and executives to deliver high-impact, user-cantered solutions that align with business goals.

You'll play a leadership role in scaling our design systems, guiding user research, and championing design thinking across the organization.

Primary Functions And Tasks

• Lead end-to-end design for complex and cross-functional initiatives.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing strategies at scale.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Drive the development and evolution of our design systems and Figma libraries.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and collaboration.
• Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered thinking across teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and executives to align design with business goals.
• Influence broader team and company-wide design strategies and processes.
  
  

We are looking for: 

• Expert-level skills in Figma: advanced components, prototyping, and managing design systems.
• Deep UX expertise: user flows, information architecture, and qualitative/quantitative research.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Strong communicator who can influence across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Experience with Mural or similar collaboration/workshop tools.
• A portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, process, and design impact.
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience in agile product development and/or B2B products.
• Strong interest or experience in accessibility and inclusive design.
• Working knowledge of front-end development (helpful but not required).
