Senior Blockchain Business Analyst

The US team is expanding its blockchain network initiative and is in search of talented individuals to join as Blockchain Business Analysts. The team is focused on facilitating money movement and enabling asset tokenization, allowing clients to leverage blockchain technology. The blockchain pillar is actively engaged in business development activities and anticipates beginning work on blockchain engagements soon.

As a Blockchain Business Analyst within the innovation hub, you will play a critical role in both the sales and delivery of blockchain-powered solutions to our prestigious client base. The team utilizes a prominent blockchain network, supported by a Joint Business Relationship. Collaboration with teammates is fundamental to achieving the team’s goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications across various industries.
• Familiarity with Stellar or other blockchain networks is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership or leading a small team.
