• Participating in customer visits with the sales team to provide hands-on technical support and product expertise
• Commissioning and troubleshooting systems on-site, especially for prototype and first-time installations
• Leading and/or supporting in-house and customer-specific trainings to build technical knowledge around our automation and electrification solutions
• Following up on technical requirements, opportunities and customer feedback both independently and alongside sales teams
• Supporting new projects by working directly with customers to define technical specs and recommend product solutions
• Acting as a go-to technical contact for our Automation Electrification (AE) product range, responding to inquiries and guiding product usage
• Staying current with AE product developments and sharing key updates internally and with clients
• Contributing to the introduction of new strategies and improvements, especially in areas focused on innovation and optimization
• Representing the technical perspective in front of customers and management, with confidence and ownership
• Offering expert-level guidance to both colleagues and third parties in your area of technical specialization
  
  

• A degree in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or Software Engineering
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the field or in technical support roles
• Solid English communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently (around 50–60% of the time)
• A background in construction machinery or hydraulics is definitely a plus
• Familiarity with PLC (CODESYS ais a plus), C programming and communication protocols like EtherCAT, PROFINET or CANopen would be helpful
• A curious mind, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to different situations in the field
