🏢 About the Role

Position: UI/UX 

Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office)

Type: Full-time

Start Date: Flexible – ideally July 2025

The Opportunity

Work as part of the globally distributed team along with the Product and Development teams to define, develop and deliver client solutions. Be part of the growing design team, create stunning interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions and deliver exceptional user experiences. 

Your Part

• Ensure design consistency through the product
• Creating a trustworthy and delightful user interface
• Design both low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups for use in the products
• Design marketing materials, company presentations, etc
• Work closely with the DEV team to support any graphic/design needs
• Be involved in all aspects of the design life cycle
• Roll up your sleeves and deliver high-quality platforms and solutions
• Embracing the “job is never done” approach in a lean environment

What We Are Using

• Agile/Scrum methods. We’re all about teamwork and flexibility, breaking things into smaller chunks (sprints) and working together to get stuff done, adapting along the way for great results.
• Sketch and Zeplin for design and prototyping purposes

In Order to Excel

• You have 4+ years of experience in a UI/UX Design role
• You have a quality portfolio
• Proficiency in using a design and prototyping tool, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma bootstrapper framework
• You are passionate about learning and growing in the field of UI/UX/Graphic design
• You are an excellent communicator; direct & transparent (English)
• High-energy, fast-paced work is fun for you
