We’re looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer who wants to grow fast, learn from experienced teams, and help design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for real-world products used by Hedge Funds, Banks, and Energy companies.

As a Junior UX/UI Designer at NorthGravity, you’ll collaborate with Product and Development teams to design intuitive and visually compelling solutions. You’ll work across the entire design lifecycle — from early concepts and research to high-fidelity interfaces used in production.

🎨 What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for our platforms
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and help translate insights into design solutions
• Ensure design consistency across products and features
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers
• Design marketing materials and company presentations
• Support the development team with graphic and UI assets
• Participate in the full design lifecycle — from idea to delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 0–1+ year of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and process
• Proficiency in Figma (Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Passion for learning and growing in UI/UX and digital design
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and best practices
• Basic programming knowledge is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Curiosity, initiative, and a great eye for detail
• Ability to fend off dragons with your mind 🐉✨
