Qualification & Requirements:

1, Over 3 years of experience in the telecom industry, with a background in any network optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).

2, Skilled in analyzing standard KPIs (access, drop, load, traffic) through drive test logs and oss kpis.

3, Strong knowledge of wireless equipment and 4G/5G principles; capable of air interface signaling analysis.

4, Preferred: experience in daily 5G KPI optimization, counter-level issue analysis, 4G/5G interworking, performance analysis, and MLB load balancing, ability to optimize KPI

5, Extensive experience in swap projects.

6, Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, able to follow tasks through from start to finish.
