Role Overview:

We are in search of an insightful and strategic senior executive to champion the technology vision during a pivotal phase of business expansion. Your core responsibility will be to guarantee that the IT infrastructure, applications, and services bolster and uplift the company's business operations, objectives, and strategic goals. Drawing from a background of steering technology functions through mergers and large-scale transformations, the successful candidate will adeptly bridge the gap between business and technology. Providing decisive leadership and direction, they will ensure that technological resources are harmonized with business imperatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Technology team with strategic acumen to support the business objectives.
• Ensure smooth operation of IT services for efficient and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally with a minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible positions.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a technology division, showcasing adept change management skills and team-building capabilities.
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience as a technology architect, capable of making strategic decisions rooted in deep architectural understanding.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology strategy through M&A or large-scale integration projects.
• Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous for navigating compliance and governance complexities.
