Job Description:

• Conduct user requirements gathering for enhancement or new requests and document the requirements
• Create functional prototypes for users’ review
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the ServiceNow platform and other platforms as required
• Create unit/integration test plans and perform integration testing
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Provide end-user and maintenance support (e.g. troubleshooting, defect fixing, UAT coordination, deployment of fixes)
• Develop and support SharePoint-based solutions using web parts, master pages, page layouts, content types, workflows, PowerShell, and .NET technologies (CSOM, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, RESTful APIs

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in IT or other relevant major
• Knowledge of full SDLC and Agile development methodologies including testing, performance tuning, and debugging
• Possess good experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow catalog items and ServiceNow Service Portal
• Have at least 2 years of hands-on SharePoint development and 2 years of experience with Office 365 solutions
