Job Type: 6 Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced GRC Technology Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of governance, risk, and compliance technology projects. This role involves managing a team of GRC developers, driving end-to-end project execution, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation of a large-scale Archer IRM project.
• Define project scope, assign tasks, manage timelines, and monitor progress.
• Supervise and mentor a team of GRC developers (5+ resources).
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring expectations are met.
• Track project milestones, challenges, and interdependencies, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure timely delivery of project components while maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepare and present executive-level project status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate clear communication within the project team and across departments.
• Document technical and functional aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Archer-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to GRC best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in GRC project management, with a strong focus on Archer IRM.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Archer certifications are a plus.
