Responsibilities

• You lead and coordinate the technical integration of a new 1500L compounding tank into existing production systems and infrastructure.
• You act as the central point of contact between engineering, production, utilities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• You oversee project planning, risk mitigation, timelines, and resource coordination.
• You ensure proper utility integration (e.g., water, steam, air, gases) and alignment with facility standards.
• You ensure compliance with GMP standards throughout project execution.
• You support validation, commissioning, and handover processes for the new system.
• You identify process improvement opportunities during and after integration.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• You have at least 8 years of technical engineering experience in a similar regulated environment.
• You possess proven experience with compounding systems and project coordination in a pharmaceutical or food-regulated setting.
• You have expertise in equipment design, installation, integration, and compliance within complex manufacturing settings.
• You are an excellent communicator with strong technical coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• You can manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion in a cross-functional environment.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
