🚀 Senior PHP Engineer & Team Lead | Vilnius | €5,500–€7,500/month

We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead with a strong background in PHP and modern backend technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly skilled team working on large-scale pricing and availability systems that handle billions of records daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Shape technical strategies and drive feature development across pricing infrastructure.
• Ensure backend services are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical execution with business goals.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of team leadership experience and a solid track record in backend development.
• Strong command of PHP and relevant frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL), caching systems, and message queues.
• Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and fluent in English.
