Project Manager

Are you a strategic project leader ready to take on a new challenge in the MedTech and Diagnostics industry? Our client is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead critical product development and lifecycle initiatives in Zug region, Switzerland.

This role offers a dynamic environment where your leadership will directly impact the delivery of innovative diagnostic solutions that help improve lives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product development and product care projects from initiation to execution
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Drive risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario planning
• Apply and guide Agile and hybrid project methodologies
• Organize and manage meetings, milestone reviews, and onboarding activities
• Set and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and ensure continuous performance improvement
• Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions
• Act as a liaison between project teams and broader stakeholders including Finance, Portfolio Management, and IT
• Use tools like Planisware, Google Suite, and potentially Jira

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional background
• 5+ years’ experience in Project or Program Management in MedTech, Diagnostics, Pharma, or Food industry
• Fluent in English (any additional language is a plus)
• Proficient in project planning tools (Planisware, Google Suite)
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Scrum
• German language skills
• Familiarity with Jira
