AI Product Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team and help design intuitive and user-centric products powered by AI. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are both functional and delightful to use. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to bring ideas to life.

• User Research and Insights:
  

  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
    
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform design decisions.
    

• Design Process:
  

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI-driven products and services.
    
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex AI functionalities into simple, visually appealing designs.
    

• Collaboration:
  

  • Work closely with product managers to align design with product vision and business goals.
    
  • Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
    
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
    

• Usability Testing:
  

  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate designs and iterate based on user feedback.
    
  • Ensure all products meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for a diverse range of users.
    

• Brand Consistency:
  

  • Maintain and evolve Karbon Digital’s design system to ensure consistency across all products.
    
  • Contribute to the visual identity of the company’s products and marketing materials.
    

• Innovation and Trends:
  

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to improve our design practices continuously.
    
  • Experiment with innovative design approaches tailored to AI applications.
    

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
    
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech industries.
    
  • Proven experience designing user-centric products with a portfolio showcasing your work.
    
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
    
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
    
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
    
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
    
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
