People Process Expert

We are searching for a driven and experienced People Process Expert to join our Global Assessment Team.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of talent assessment by collaborating with stakeholders, enhancing people processes, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions tailored to business needs and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Program Manager to drive the Assessment Process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and objectives
• Participate in the development of Assessment and LevelUp Portals
• Develop and launch an Assessment recognition program to foster employee engagement
• Maintain and update analytics tools, reports, and Power BI dashboards
• Review assessment analytics, draw insights, and plan actionable steps
• Lead and manage the Assessment Program Coordinators network
• Conduct surveys, analyze results, and present findings to key stakeholders
• Keep Assessment Assets updated, including knowledge bases, training materials, and presentations
• Respond to ongoing support requests in partnership with Business Desk and Reporting teams
• Configure data-driven assessment pages in LevelUp and collaborate with Discipline Heads on settings
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People management or HR domains
• Advanced knowledge of People management with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices
• Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relations, collaboration, and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in public relations and communication, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely
• Strong time management, self-management, and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in learning quickly and applying knowledge systematically
• Expertise in using MS Office products at an advanced level
• Fluent English proficiency (B2 level or above)

• Background in Change Management, Program Management, or Communication strategies
• Showcase of experience with assessment technologies or data-driven HR solutions
• Familiarity with Power BI, survey analysis tools, or analytics frameworks
