Software Engineering Lead - C# / .NET / SaaS

We are working with a leading German AI and Business Data company based in Munich who are looking to add a Software/R&D Lead to their team, building their latest SaaS offerings in C#/.NET technologies. This is an opportunity to lead an existing team as well as helping the company on its future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in building exceptional SaaS products, leveraging state-of-the-art technology, AI, and smart architecture.
• Make key architectural decisions and strategically select technologies alongside your team.
• Implement valuable use cases by integrating AI services and technologies.
• Rapidly enhance our SaaS product by developing new features, resolving bugs, and refactoring legacy code with your team.
• Actively contribute ideas to the analysis of requirements and the conceptualization of new solutions.
• Write high-quality code.
• Collaborate and learn within an agile Scrum team environment.
• Work closely with Product Management to ensure the product strategy translates into a successful SaaS offering.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing SaaS software applications.
• Experience applying AI to business data or for business purposes.
• Proficiency in C# / .Net, Relational Databases, and SQL.
• Experience with agile, Scrum-based software engineering processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Fluent German (spoken & written).
• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
