IT Support engineer (Part-time)

We are looking for an IT Support engineer for a Part-time job (20 hours a week) opportunity working onsite in Prevalje, Slovenia - 5 days a week

• Location: Prevalje, Slovenia (Onsite)
• Hours: Part-time (20 hours a week)
• Languages: Slovenian & English (fluency required)
• Salary: €16100 per annum (gross) + Benefits

Experience:

• 1+ Years experience in an IT support role or similar position
• 1+ Years experience Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime for clients.
• Offer exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on hardware and software usage.
• Collaborate with the remote support team and other IT staff to solve complex issues.
