Solution Analyst - Security

About the Role: As a solution analyst, you will be part of the Security Solutions team within the Service Center ICT Security. This team is responsible for the implementation and management of all ICT Security solutions within Colruyt Group.

Responsibilities:

• System Requirements analysis based on BP&S standard deliverables
• SOA specifications to translate high-level functional business requirements of the interfaces into technical system requirements for the various contributing business systems
• Standard documents regarding integration requirements
• Impact analysis, AS-IS vs. TO-BE analysis, design, and testing (including guiding UAT with key users)
• TO-BE processes
• Training materials and documentation for end users, as well as training end users and guiding organizational change
• Knowledge transfer to support services and agreed documentation

Required Skills:

• Experience in ICT Security solutions
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management
• Experience with Privileged User Management
• Knowledge of Malware Protection and Cloud Security

Location: While remote work is possible (with 2 mandatory days in the office), it is expected that employees work in the Halle office for the majority of the time during the onboarding period.
