On behalf of a rapidly growing and financially stable international organisation, we’re looking for a Training and Onboarding Specialist to join their HR Department in Paris.
This is a great opportunity for an HR Specialist to play a key role in the further growth and development of a leading Financial business, ensuring the smooth integration of new colleagues and their development.
This is a permanent role that requires on-site presence in central Paris 3 days a week, with a base salary in the region of €50,000, plus bonus and benefits.

As a Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will support the successful running of training programmes by coordinating schedules, enrolling colleagues, preparing training materials and generally ensuring a consistent and efficient Talent Development experience. You will closely work with senior colleagues and external vendors to implement new Talent Development strategies and processes, aimed at enhancing employee growth.
Additionally, the new Training & Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for organising weekly onboarding of new colleagues across different departments in the Paris office. This will include setting up their equipment, running induction sessions, organising site tours and talking your new colleagues through compliance, benefits package and overall company processes.
Training & Onboarding Specialist – Required Profile:
- Previous experience in an international HR Function, ideally focused on training and colleague development
- Knowledgeable about training statistics and reports, with the ability to generate insights to aid decision making around effective Talent Development strategies
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluency in both French and English is a must
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, driven by a genuine passion for planning and efficiency
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at different levels, across different business areas and countries
- A self-started and driven individual, who enjoys working in a team
- Eligibility to live and work in France without Visa restrictions
