Job Title: Project Manager (Part-Time Contract)
Location: Mostly Remoter with some on-site
Commitment: 3 days per week
Duration: 4 months

Overview

A client in the Healthcare sector has a requirement for an experienced and Project Manager to lead the implementation of a HRIS system across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment and adoption across the group
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal business units and the external system vendor's project team.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, time lines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee governance, risk, and issue management, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and shared decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Track and report on project status, risks, and dependencies using standardised documentation and tools.
• Drive the change management strategy to support end-user adoption and readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior level experience Project Managing Business Systems implementations
• Experience implementing HR solutions is highly desirable but not essential
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
