IT Incident Manager

We are looking for an IT Incident Manager to join our Dynatech team within the global Dyninno Group.

Dynatech is a multi-product tech hub supporting travel, fintech, and entertech divisions of Dyninno Group with IT, marketing, operations, and administrative expertise. As an IT Incident Manager, you will be responsible for driving IT incident confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Driving IT incident confirmation, analysis, investigation, and escalation to responsible parties.
• Root cause analysis and follow-up with responsible parties.
• Incident resolution coordination until complete IT service recovery.
• Work with monitoring and log aggregation tools.
• Communication with external and internal service providers and stakeholders.
• Work in shifts according to the team’s schedule (including evening and night shifts, work on weekend), as well as on-call duty.

Requirements:

• Basic theoretical understanding of IT infrastructure services – on networking, operating system, application levels (web services) is a must-have to be successful in this role.
• Experience with some infrastructure/application monitoring, log management tools.
• Some familiarity with Linux systems – at least on basic command level.
• Basic understanding of IT Security principles.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment.
• End-result oriented mindset and ability to lead incident resolution from start to end.

Will be considered an advantage:

• Ability to navigate and understand source code on a basic level for troubleshooting purposes.

We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is 1,800 - 2,000 EUR gross per month.
