Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and related technologies.
  • Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality code with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using tools like Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and adherence to web standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement efforts.

Technical Skills:

  • Core: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS
  • Frameworks & Tools: Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, Next.js (optional), React Query
  • Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
  • Build/DevOps: Webpack, Vite, Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)
  • API Integration: REST, GraphQL (optional), Axios/Fetch
  • Design Systems: Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap (as applicable)
  • Version Control: Git/GitHub or GitLab

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3–8 years of front-end development experience, including 2+ years specifically with React.js.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) using Next.js.
  • Familiarity with mobile-first design and progressive web apps (PWAs).
  • Experience with Figma/Adobe XD/Zeplin for design implementation.
