YOUR MISSION

• Design & Development: Architect and build scalable, high-quality Android app using Kotlin, Jetpack compose, and legacy XML views.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Mentorship: Lead by example and mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
• Optimization: Monitor performance and troubleshoot applications to ensure reliable, high-performing solutions.
• Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement by recommending design patterns, coding standards, and testing frameworks.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCEED

Experience: 6+ years of professional Android development, in a fast-paced, product-focused environment, ideally in multiple companies.

​Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, XML views, Jetpack libraries, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with different architectural patterns (MVVM, MVI, MVP, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking.
• Experience with local databases and caching.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (Dagger2 & Hilt).
• Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Crashlytics & Remote configs).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and testing frameworks.
