Your Role:
As a key member of the Customer Success team, you’ll work closely with platform engineers and cloud architects to simplify and optimize complex cloud infrastructures. Your contributions will directly impact thousands of developers by delivering secure, scalable, and highly automated cloud environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with top-tier companies to design and implement internal developer platforms using DevOps best practices.
- Advise customers on platform engineering, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate complex cloud challenges into practical solutions leveraging Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, and related tools.
- Support automation, monitoring, and orchestration efforts to enhance platform reliability and developer productivity.
- Drive customer success by bridging technical expertise and business outcomes in a consultative role.
What You Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Presales or Customer Engineering).
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform/OpenTofu), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
- Solid scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Excellent communication skills; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English and proficiency in German.
Bonus Points:
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CKA, etc.)
- Experience with security and governance frameworks (IAM, Azure Policies, OPA, Kyverno).
- Open-source contributions or active participation in the DevOps community.
- Knowledge of service meshes (Istio, Linkerd) and messaging systems (Kafka).

Salary Range: €60,000 – €90,000 (depending on experience)
