Manage technical network solutions and framework of Customer network infrastructure.

• Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose Critical network problems.

• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required.

• Solution and designing of network infrastructure with knowledge in HLD and LLD

• Perform network planning, Implementation, Testing.

• Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation for new/old program ramp-up or ramp-down.

• Testing the performance of upgraded or newly installed systems for performance, scalability, and security.

• Manage technology vendors for network related queries/issues.

12 – 15 Years of Network Experience with network design and delivery for global network with DC and Hybrid infrastructure.

§ Detailed knowledge of LAN and WLAN

§ Detailed Knowledge of SDN and SD-WAN

§ Knowledge on products such as Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Cisco Wireless, Infoblox DDI, Cisco ACI, Cisco and Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco SDWAN (Viptela)

§ Best Practice implementation to increase productivity and reduce downtime

§ Management of networks on the agreed SLA with the organization clients

§ Management of network bandwidth, security and connectivity issues

§ Excellent analytical and design skills

§ Good communication and presentation skills

§ Operational handover and transition

§ Ensure smooth handover to operations.
