Full Stack Java Engineer

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting internal enterprise applications. This role involves end-to-end development of features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive new initiatives—especially in the AI automation and assessment domain. You'll work on modernizing and optimizing internal systems while contributing to the scalability and quality of our AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll help develop a scalable, modern self-service portal used by Qualtrics employees, consolidating functionalities from 8+ internal tools into one unified experience. The project’s impact:

• Reduce time spent on repetitive tasks
• Empower Resolution teams with better tools
• Eliminate the need for one-off scripts and manual escalations
• Enable automation, LLM integration, and customizable access controls

🔁 Fullstack Development Skills

• React + TypeScript on the frontend
• Java / Kotlin / Python / NodeJS on the backend
• Strong grasp of scalable, performant architecture

☁️ DevOps & Infrastructure

• Docker + Kubernetes
• AWS and cloud-native architecture
• CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response

📐 System Design & Problem Solving

• Ability to make sound architectural decisions
• Translate business problems into robust technical designs
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

• Agile team experience (Scrum/Kanban)
• Clear communication, stakeholder feedback integration

🔒 Bonus:

• Experience with internal tools/backoffice systems
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization flows
