Job Description:
- Conduct data and process analysis for commercial operations, particularly in logistics, procurement, and sales; develop system and process improvement proposals.
- Create, prioritize, and continuously update the product backlog.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, providing clear guidance to the software development team.
- Participate in system analysis during the requirements gathering phase.
- Actively engage in sprint planning, refinement, and demo meetings within the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of the product with the desired quality and scope.
- Participate in quality control, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live processes for new features.
- Manage stakeholder communication for new developments.
- Monitor KPIs and user data to evaluate product performance and propose improvements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment and support.
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions using data analytics and visualization tools.
- Collaborate effectively with non-technical business units to manage processes.
- Ensure effective information flow and establish regular feedback mechanisms to maintain accurate and up-to-date requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related 4-year program.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development projects in roles such as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, procurement, sales, and other commercial processes.
- Ability to clearly define business requirements, prioritize tasks, and create roadmaps.
- Strong communication skills with software teams; capable of acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in software development projects as a product owner, business analyst, or project manager.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and involvement in user-friendly product design.
- Understanding of basic technical terminology and software architectures, especially web-based platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP, databases, data integration, APIs, ETL processes, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, team-oriented, capable of planning and tracking work effectively.
- Proficient in English and able to follow global best practices.
- Resilient, adaptable, empathetic, and capable of working in dynamic environments.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
