Data Scientist (Applied)

Extract value from data with applied machine learning and statistical models

We’re hiring an Applied Data Scientist to work across real-world enterprise problems — from churn prediction to supply chain forecasting. You’ll build models that get deployed, measured, and improved over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and evaluate supervised/unsupervised models (classification, regression, clustering)
• Work with structured and unstructured data in Python (Pandas, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost)
• Generate insights and visualisations to support commercial outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy ML models at scale

Key Skills & Competencies:

• 3–5 years in applied data science roles
• Proficient in Python, SQL and cloud-native tools (AWS/GCP)
• Excellent statistical reasoning and communication of insights
• Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, uplift modelling) a plus
