KPMG is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh! In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering strategic HR support and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to business leaders and influence people-related decisions. -Understand business priorities and proactively address workforce challenges.
  • Deliver insights through HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Lead HR support for a set of departments, managing day-to-day employee queries and issues.
  • Implement people initiatives in alignment with business goals and PPC strategy.
  • Oversee onboarding, performance management, internal mobility, Emiratization efforts, and offboarding.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and PIPs.
  • Conduct Exit interviews and share insights to support employee retention.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and co-facilitate induction sessions.
  • Analyze GPS survey results and support action planning.
  • Promote Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) targets and initiatives.
  • Support nationalization programs and engagement efforts for Emiratis.
  • Lead Mid-Year and Year-End review processes.
  • Facilitate moderation sessions and manage underperformance cases.
  • Provide input on salary, bonus, and promotion processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a HR Generalist capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Fluent written and spoken Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, CIPD level 5) preferred.
