Position: Assistant Manager Human Resources Business Partner

KPMG is hiring an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Riyadh! In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, delivering strategic HR support and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR advice to business leaders and influence people-related decisions. -Understand business priorities and proactively address workforce challenges.
- Deliver insights through HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
- Lead HR support for a set of departments, managing day-to-day employee queries and issues.
- Implement people initiatives in alignment with business goals and PPC strategy.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, internal mobility, Emiratization efforts, and offboarding.
- Handle complex employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and PIPs.
- Conduct Exit interviews and share insights to support employee retention.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience and co-facilitate induction sessions.
- Analyze GPS survey results and support action planning.
- Promote Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) targets and initiatives.
- Support nationalization programs and engagement efforts for Emiratis.
- Lead Mid-Year and Year-End review processes.
- Facilitate moderation sessions and manage underperformance cases.
- Provide input on salary, bonus, and promotion processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a HR Generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Stakeholder Management
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic
- Bachelor's degree in, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, CIPD level 5) preferred.
