Job Title: Virtual Reality Robotics Tele-Operator

Location: Austin, Texas (On-site, 5 days a week)

Rate: $15/hour

Shift Times:

Fri-Sun 6am-7pm (3 Openings)

Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-12am (4 Openings)

Contract Duration: 6 months

Job Description: We are seeking Virtual Reality Robotics Tele-Operators to join our clients' team in Austin, Texas. This role involves performing daily inspections of robots and connected equipment, booting up associated systems, troubleshooting issues, setting up environments, and tele-operating pre-defined use cases. You will also be responsible for recording and documenting system performance, issues, and suggestions for improvement, as well as creating and updating tickets and documentation related to work instructions and tele-operation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Good hand/eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Experience with gaming platforms
• Professional experience with medium level of responsibility
• Customer interfacing experience
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Good situational awareness with ability to assess and document system status
• High School diploma or GED required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience writing procedures and/or work instructions
• VR experience
• Familiarity with Unity or other video game engines and SteamVR
