What you'll do:

As DevOps coach you will:

• Help the product development teams to adopt best practices for developing, testing, deploying and releasing applications.
• Improve deliverables of the team by training them on, and assisting them to analyze their current situation, helping them build a plan choosing improvements from following services:
• Software craftsmanship
• BDD/TDD
• CI/CD
• Agile Testing
• Trunk base development
• Cloud, Kubernetes & Containerization

What you bring:

•A strong development profile combined with a proven coaching experience ; good understanding of the SDLC

•Knowledge on testing technics/practice such as TDD/BDD is mandatory

•Proficient with CI/CD processes and best practices

•Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Karate

•Proven knowledge of cloud technologies (Docker / Kubernetes)

•Thorough experience working in or with Agile development teams

•Experience in the different Agile frameworks

•Experience in Impact mapping, story mapping, example mapping

•Experience in different Software development models:

• Experience in the administration, setup and maintenance of continuous build and integration platforms
• Experience in java development and build
• Experience with source code (Git) and artefact repositories (Nexus)

•Experience with scripting languages for automation

•Knowledge of banking/insurance sector is an asset
