Chief Information Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement cybersecurity strategy and governance
• Lead IT risk management, including risk assessments, vulnerability management, and mitigation planning
• Oversee day-to-day security operations, incident response, and communication with regulators
• Ensure compliance with DORA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001
• Drive security awareness, training, and cross-departmental collaboration
• Coordinate responses to audits and follow-up on cybersecurity remediation plans

Required Skills :

• 5–7+ years in information security, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical background in network security, firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, encryption, cloud security
• Proven experience in IT risk management and third-party risk oversight
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks: DORA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including regulatory interaction
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, NIS2
