Test Automation Engineer (Python) - Fintech Trading Platform - Dubai

A growing Fintech in Dubai is seeking a new Test Automation Engineer to join their AI team and support the testing of developer interfaces and AI solutions for their upcoming IDE application.

Responsibilities:

• Develop automated tests in Python (for multi-agent systems, AI Data processing pipelines, AI use cases, and production scenarios)
• Build test environments
• Integrate tests into AI-specific CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor AI system performance
• Design and build dashboards for AI monitoring
• Document test scenarios
• Build new automation tools
• Test integration workflows
• Test IDE plugins and extensions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in software testing
• Strong Python scripting skills
• Experience testing UI, APIs, and SDKs
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ML/AI agent concepts
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, and WebSockets
• Experience utilizing performance testing tools (e.g., locust, k6).
• Experience with containerization tools (i.e., Docker & Kubernetes)
• Experience utilizing CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Russian (nice-to-have)
• Experience with agent frameworks (nice-to-have)
