Job Description

We are looking for a Developer Assistant to join an international project based in Brussels. The selected candidate will support the development team with both technical and administrative tasks, working closely with senior developers and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Support developers in all aspects related to software design and coding.


• Participate in development meetings and contribute to drafting meeting minutes.


• Become familiar with the project’s codebase and progressively enhance programming skills.


• Manage communication with other stakeholders involved in the project.


• Provide both technical and administrative support to senior developers as needed.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions precisely.


• Knowledge of coding standards and software development best practices.


• Basic programming experience.


• Fast learner, especially when adopting new tools and technologies.


• Team-oriented mindset and adaptability in collaborative environments.

Tools and Methodologies

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow


• Methodologies: PM², PM² Agile, Kanban, Scrum

Technical Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java (mandatory), Python, or similar.
