Technical Expert

At Seidor - Gesein, we are looking for a Technical Expert (TEX) – Level 5 to join an international project in Brussels. The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of information systems, provide technical guidance to project teams, and ensure seamless technology integration within the client’s environment.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of information systems in the project’s specific technology.


• Provide technical expertise and knowledge sharing to project teams to ensure proper technology integration.


• Contribute to the preparation of technical designs and architecture diagrams.


• Coordinate and oversee the team’s technical activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables.


• Support the planning and execution of technical activities.


• Research and develop strategic management, operational, and financial plans related to the technology

Education & Experience:

• 11–15 years of proven experience in similar technology environments.


• Expert knowledge of the required technology for the project.


• Experience leading technical teams and complex projects.

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Java (6 to 11), Spring (MVC, Security, Boot), Hibernate, JPA, Swagger.


• Frontend: VueJS (2 & 3), JavaScript (Vanilla, jQuery), HTML5, CSS3, KendoUI, Dojo.


• Databases & Frameworks: SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Developer.


• DevOps & CI/CD: Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Bamboo), GitHub Actions, Docker.


• Project Management Methodologies: PM², Agile (SCRUM, Kanban).


• Documentation Tools: ARIS Modeler for architecture and design diagrams.
