Your Role
As a Project Manager within the Operational Excellence department, you will be part of the central Operational Excellence team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Your Role
As a Project Manager within the Operational Excellence department, you will be part of the central Operational Excellence team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Reducing lead times by facilitating value stream mapping sessions and leading related improvement projects.
- Leading our Lean Waste reduction program and supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture on site.
- You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, industrial or mechanical engineering.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile methodologies, and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI) is an asset.
- Project management experience and Lean Six Sigma Belt certification are considered strong advantages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Strong change management capabilities
- Natural leadership and team collaboration, as well as solid organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset
