DevOps Engineer AWS (All genders)

The company’s products are aimed at end customers who want to protect their electronic devices against various risks. It works closely with retail partners to offer tailored insurance solutions directly at the point of purchase. In addition to distribution, the company provides comprehensive services ranging from claims processing to customer support.

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen the team in Berlin. In this role, you will play a central part in optimizing and automating the cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure stable, scalable, and secure systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments
• Manage and operate container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Monitor and optimize system performance and availability
• Collaborate with developers to integrate new features and improve deployment processes
• Ensure security standards and compliance requirements within the cloud infrastructure

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience managing and scaling AWS infrastructures
• Solid knowledge of container technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Experience in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Experience automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and security concepts
• Experience monitoring and operating highly available systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment
• Fluent in both German and English
