Site Engineer

We are currently seeking a Site Engineer with a strong background in roadworks and infrastructure projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in managing and supervising site activities related to road construction, utilities, and civil infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure works (roads, drainage, sewerage, water, etc.).
• Prepare and review method statements, inspection requests, and material submittals.
• Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site.
• Track progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Assist in resolving technical and execution issues at site.
• Conduct inspections and support QA/QC teams in compliance and handover processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• ADM Practicing Engineer License is required.
• Competency with TRANSCO, ADDC and ADNOC regulations is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (e.g., ADM, ADDC, DOT, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiar with relevant construction software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
