Project Coordinator TASMU large-scale ICT and smart city project Agile, Waterfal

Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Coordinator – Use Cases to support the implementation, tracking, and reporting of TASMU anchor use cases across key sectors. The role involves assisting the Project Manager in coordinating large-scale ICT and smart city projects, ensuring alignment with national digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor assigned use cases across various government and public sector domains.
• Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and review sessions.
• Track deliverables, KPIs, milestones, and dependencies using project management tools.
• Support compliance with data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
  
  

Technical Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Basic understanding of smart city solutions, ICT/IoT technologies, and digital platforms.
• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, ideally in digital transformation or smart city programs.
• Experience in government-led projects or working with consulting/system integration firms is preferred.
• Capable of handling cross-functional teams in multicultural settings.
• Understanding of M&E frameworks and delivery tracking.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project management certifications (PMI, PMP, Scrum) preferred.
