Position Overview:

We are creating a dynamic team of aircraft leasing and investment professionals to drive the growth of our newly established aircraft investment and management platform. This business has significant investment ambitions and is building a team to spearhead the objective of being a substantial player across the spectrum of addressable opportunities in the aircraft and engine space.

The Pricing Analysts will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and competitiveness for this new aviation business. The roles require a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of the aviation market dynamics, and the ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, finance, and operations teams. These positions play a critical role in driving data-driven pricing decisions that support the company’s growth and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy & Analysis

• Develop and maintain pricing models for the company’s products and services. A key function of these models will be fly-forward analysis to model and forecast maintenance cashflows.
• Conduct detailed pricing analysis to assess market competitiveness.
• Analyze historical data, competitor pricing, and market trends to recommend optimal pricing strategies.

Revenue Optimization

• Support the development of dynamic pricing frameworks to maximize revenue under varying demand conditions.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial and marketing teams to optimize pricing and deal structures.

Forecasting & Financial Modeling

• Prepare pricing forecasts, scenario analysis, and financial impact assessments to support management decision-making.
• Build and maintain robust pricing models to simulate various market conditions and commercial assumptions.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Monitoring

• Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking and pricing surveillance.
• Provide insights into market changes, regulatory impacts, and macroeconomic factors affecting pricing strategies.
• Support competitive positioning and value proposition development.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare regular pricing reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Present pricing recommendations and revenue impact analysis to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of pricing strategies with commercial, sales, finance, and operations teams.

System & Process Improvement

• Support the development and enhancement of pricing tools, systems, and processes.
• Ensure pricing data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in pricing analytics and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (preferably Aeronautical) or related field.
• 1–2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably within the aviation, airline, cargo, leasing, or travel industry.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a solid understanding of pricing principles and aircraft fly-forward analysis.
• Strong aircraft and engine technical expertise
• Understanding of aircraft and engine operating leases
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with revenue management systems (RMS) or pricing software is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Commercial acumen with a strong attention to detail.
