The Role

Senior Associate / Specialist, Human Resource

The role will reside in the Human Resource Department and support the organisation’s HR operations and recruitment functions. The incumbent will work closely with HR Business Partners and the Recruitment team to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes, contribute to talent acquisition efforts, and act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters across designated departments.

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Associate / Specialist will partner with HR Business Partners to support departments in areas including staff recruitment, contract management, onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll and benefits administration, claims processing, and overall HR operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for assigned departments on HR-related matters, providing timely assistance and clarification on HR policies, processes, and queries in coordination with the HR Business Partner.
  • Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment-related projects such as organising career fairs, managing job postings, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist in exploring and evaluating advertising channels and partnership opportunities to enhance talent outreach and sourcing efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR workflows and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience providing HR administrative support and/or handling recruitment activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently while being a reliable and supportive team player.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented in executing HR processes and managing employee data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Process-driven with the ability to identify workflow improvements and suggest practical solutions.
  • Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors systems will be an added advantage.
