AI Engineer/Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead the development of scalable,

high-performance AI systems. This role is critical to the organisations transformation, with a focus on 3D model interpretation, multi-modal AI, and enterprise-grade distributed architectures, LLM fine-tuning and optimization.

You’ll leverage your deep experience in model fine-tuning, performance optimization, and AWS Bedrock to develop innovative solutions that push boundaries in generative AI, computer vision, and beyond. This is a hands-on role with autonomy and ownership of end-to-end AI initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modality-agnostic AI architectures capable of ingesting and reasoning over diverse data types (e.g., 3D geometry, natural language, visual data).
• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and other AI services.
• Lead development of multi-modal AI systems that integrate 3D data, structured text data.
• Interpret and process 3D models for intelligent interaction and analysis.
• Fine-tune foundation models (e.g., LLMs, vision models) for domain-specific tasks.
• Optimize models and pipelines for performance, latency, and cost at scale.
• Design and manage distributed AI systems for large-scale inference and training.
• Ensure enterprise-level security, compliance, and data governance in AI workflows.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, including large-scale model development.
• Proven expertise with AWS Bedrock and related services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Strong Python skills - PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
• Demonstrated experience in 3D data processing (e.g., point clouds, meshes, CAD models).
• Familiarity with multi-modal model development, integrating visual, spatial, and language data.
• Solid grasp of distributed systems, model serving, and AI system architecture.
• Understanding of enterprise data management, security protocols, and compliance standards.
