As a Senior AI Engineer (Data Science), you’ll play a key role in building and improving the next generation of large language model (LLM)‑powered solutions. You’ll work across varied use cases, apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, and contribute directly to products used by major global enterprises.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models that shape products and user experience
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities
• Improve LLM output quality across diverse use cases
• Plan and implement MLOps workflows, including benchmarking, QA, and compliance
• Influence long‑term data strategy, governance, and ethical AI practices
• Partner closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high‑performance team culture

Skills Required:

• 4–12 years’ experience as a Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer
• A Master’s or Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
• Strong experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Advanced SQL skills and 2+ years of Python experience
• Experience applying statistical techniques and presenting results
• Commercial experience with NLP techniques (LSTM/CNN/Transformers, supervised NLP, topic modelling)
• Experience with GPT‑based frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, multi‑agent frameworks)
• Ability to interpret and apply the latest LLM research
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment
