Business Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Analyse and document business requirements.
• Approve specifications and perform testing to ensure solution meets business needs.
• Analyse to what extent the data needs could be met through cooperation with data providers and a further development of content, website and comparative analysis.
• Prepare proposals for extracting, analysing and providing summarised data views depending on requests.
• Analyse and propose ways of using data from programme-dashboards and IT landscape tools to provide inputs concerning the contribution of the programmes.
• Analyse and propose ways of using, improving and cross-feeding datasets for any purposes related to the implementation, monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of the strategy.
• Provide input in reports and factsheets.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 4 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years relevant experience).
• At least 3 years experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing clear business analysis and business requirements documents, reports and factsheets.
• Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to use graphical programmes for layouting factsheets or reports.
• Ability to give business and technical presentations.
• Excellent English (C-level, written and spoken).
