My client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our salary payments and invoicing platform, a core part of their business used across Finland.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Take full-stack ownership of our salary payments and invoicing platform, built with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Work across the full development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and influence key decisions
• Help enhance the roadmap and implement workflow automation
• Leverage AWS tools like Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and Firebase
• Contribute to new tech initiatives, including exploration of AI capabilities

• 10-person product development team, each managing their own domain
• Weekly in-office collaboration in Helsinki on Wednesdays
• Strong culture of autonomy and engagement, not rigid ticketing

✅ What They're Looking For

Seeking a developer who’s confident making decisions, not just writing code. You’ll thrive if you’re proactive, collaborative, and love solving business-critical challenges.

You have:

• 8+ years experience preferred (open to less with strong soft skills)
• Strong in: React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, PostgreSQL
• Proficient in: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront), Firebase
• Solid CI/CD practices
• Stakeholder management experience
• ERP systems knowledge
• Bonus: familiarity with Generative AI technologies
