Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Luxembourg


The Job:

You will join our team as a leader in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple product lines, ensuring timely and successful delivery to our clients.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take full charge of managing product programs, overseeing their planning, scheduling, and implementation. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, track performance, assess risks, and take action to guarantee that all products meet the necessary quality and industry standards, while also being delivered within the agreed timelines.

We combine the high-quality, structured engineering principles of the aerospace sector with the fast-paced, agile development environment of a New-Space startup.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, reports, and organizing reviews for ongoing work.
  • Working closely with the lead systems engineer to manage the project's timeline, budget, resources, risks, tasks, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure that the project is executed according to the established milestones, budget, and quality standards, delivering relevant documentation to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the enhancement and streamlining of internal processes and workflows.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, risk assessments, and reporting.
  • Experience providing ongoing program updates and addressing client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.


Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
  • Certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMI, APM, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques like Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Experience managing engineering and business functions in a profit-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with space industry standards, especially ECSS-M.
  • Understanding of electronics design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
