AI Game Developer (Unannounced Project)

What will you do?

• Work closely with game designers to transform their AI-related artistic vision, ideas, and requests into working tech in our product.
• Implement state-of-the-art AI mechanics and new features to significantly enhance the players' experience;
• Work on AI movement and navigation, strategic combat behaviors, and enhance AI tooling for designers and engineers;
• Assist with setting up navigation data in level design tools and provide guidance to designers.
• Create and maintain automated test cases to validate AI navigation and behavior across multiple maps and scenarios. Build internal debugging and visualization tools to help designers understand AI behavior;
• Keep the product code well-optimized and performing on the vast variety of supported hardware.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of professional experience working on AI;
• AI concepts, tools, and architecture (behavior trees, goal-based agents, FSMs, pathfinding, etc.);
• C++17 programming language;
• Mathematics background (logic, linear algebra, geometry, statistics and probability, etc.);
• Scripting languages experience (Python, Lua, any will do);
• Intermediate or higher English level.
  
  

Work mode

• Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office).
• This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
  
  

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 4000-6000 monthly gross.
